Southeast Extreme Pressure Washing provides professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services, including but not limited to:
Specific services, pricing, and availability may vary. All services are subject to on-site assessment and final confirmation.
Booking: Appointments may be booked through our website, by phone, or by email. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us.
Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Weather: Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather. We will contact you to arrange an alternative date.
Access: You are responsible for ensuring we have access to the work area. Please secure pets and remove valuables from the work area.
Quotes: Quotes provided are estimates and may change based on actual conditions discovered during service.
Final Price: The final price will be confirmed before service begins. You will be notified of any adjustments.
Payment: Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
Methods: We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Commercial accounts may request invoicing with NET-15 terms.
Overdue: Accounts more than 30 days overdue may be subject to collection efforts and additional fees.
No charge for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
Customers who are not present at the scheduled time may be charged the full service amount.
Satisfaction Guarantee: We guarantee your satisfaction with our services. If you are not completely satisfied, contact us within 7 days of service and we will re-clean the affected area at no additional charge.
Limitations: The guarantee does not cover:
Insurance: We maintain $2 million liability insurance coverage. Contact us immediately if you believe property damage has occurred.
